Privacy Policy

EaseRev helps small businesses prepare invoices, quotes, leads, and human-approved follow-ups. This policy explains what data we use and why.

Data we collect

We store the account details you provide, your business settings, and the customer and document records you add to your private workspace. We use this data only to provide EaseRev’s recovery, document, reporting, and account features.

Google account data

If you choose Connect Google, EaseRev receives your Google email address and an OAuth refresh token. The token is encrypted at rest and is used only to create unsent messages in your Gmail Drafts folder after actions you approve, plus the optional daily draft digest and workspace backup described in the app. EaseRev does not read your inbox and its integration does not call Gmail’s send endpoint.

EaseRev’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We share data only with service providers needed to run EaseRev, such as hosting, database, AI wording assistance when enabled, and Google when you request Gmail draft creation.

Security, retention, and deletion

Tenant workspaces are separated in the database, passwords are hashed, and connected-email tokens are encrypted. We retain workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect Google in Settings at any time; this removes the stored token from EaseRev. You can also revoke access from your Google Account.

Your choices

Google connection is optional. Without it, all core EaseRev features continue to work and you can copy approved messages manually. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data, contact support@easerev.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
