Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EaseRev. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What EaseRev does

EaseRev organizes business records, generates documents, recommends follow-ups, and prepares message drafts. EaseRev does not automatically send customer messages. You review and approve actions and remain responsible for anything you choose to send.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your login, have permission to use the customer data you upload, and use EaseRev lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing amounts, tax, dates, documents, and messages before using them.

Connected services

Optional services such as Google Gmail are governed by their own terms. You may disconnect Google from EaseRev Settings or revoke access from your Google Account. EaseRev may disable a connection when authorization expires or is revoked.

Availability and early access

EaseRev may change as it develops. We work to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every recommendation will suit every business situation. Keep copies of records and documents that are important to your business.

Acceptable use

Do not use EaseRev for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful collection activity, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights. We may suspend accounts used in a harmful or unlawful way.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EaseRev is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
